BEGINNER CLASS [White-Orange belt]


4PM Tu, 5PM W, 5:30PM F

Through this course, students have the opportunity to push their skills, techniques and confidence to a new level in a fun, dynamic way. By starting with awkward stances and kihaps (energy yells) and being disciplined to train physically with others, under a Master, will help build confidence and interactive skills.  Lifestyle coaching comes naturally.
